New from EDAMA

A world of learning experiences
without limits

AiVR is the EDAMA platform for learning and training in virtual reality. We teach English with an AI tutor, bring to life the sciences that are hard to explain on a whiteboard, build custom VR content for individuals, companies and institutions, and set up complete VR labs.

What is AiVR?

Learning by experience,
not memorisation

AiVR is a platform by EDAMA for Technical Solutions, developed entirely by our team and running on Meta Quest headsets. The idea is the same whatever the subject: instead of reading about something, you step into it. You talk English with an AI character that answers in real time, stand inside a chemical molecule, or watch a maths equation move in front of you in three dimensions.

We started with English because the need was clearest, but the platform is built to hold any science that can be visualised. And because every school and organisation needs content of its own, we build VR experiences on request and equip complete labs that run on this technology.

  • Languages: real spoken conversation with an AI tutor
  • Sciences: maths, physics, chemistry and biology in 3D
  • Custom VR content and complete labs for schools and organisations

What AiVR offers

Four tracks
on one platform

Learn English

Real spoken conversations with Sara, the AI tutor, in realistic everyday scenes, with a CEFR level report after every session.

Available now

Sciences in 3D

Maths, physics, chemistry, biology and any science that can be visualised: the student sees it and interacts with it instead of imagining it.

For schools and universities

Custom VR content

We design and produce the virtual-reality experience our client needs, whether an individual, a company or an institution: training, simulation, showcase or education.

For individuals, companies and institutions

VR lab setups

We equip a complete lab running on virtual reality: headsets, hardware, content, training and operation.

What a session looks like
five steps from headset to report

01

Put on the headset

An operator at the centre helps you fit and adjust the Meta Quest headset, and your session starts right away.

02

Enter a realistic scene

You pick an everyday situation, such as ordering at a café or talking about your hobbies, and step into it.

03

Talk naturally with Sara

You speak in your own voice with Sara, the AI tutor, the same way you would with a real person.

04

She responds, corrects and adapts

Sara answers in real time, gently corrects your mistakes and adjusts the conversation to your level.

05

Receive your report

At the end of the session you get a report with your estimated level, your strengths and what to practise next.

What makes up
the AiVR experience?

The AiVR platform

A WebXR learning platform that runs directly in the headset browser with nothing to install, developed entirely by the EDAMA team.

Sara, the AI tutor

An avatar that holds a real-time voice conversation with you, with lip-synced speech so it feels like talking to a real person.

English scenarios

Café: ordering and everyday interaction. Hobbies: talking about yourself and your interests. Coming soon: discussion scenes on science and technology, travel, sport, history and the future of AI.

Science scenes

3D representations of maths, physics, chemistry and biology problems that are hard to convey on a whiteboard, which the student sees from the inside and interacts with.

Assessment and reports

In the English programme your level is estimated on the CEFR scale from A1 to C2, with a report in Arabic that explains what each level means in practical "can-do" terms and what your next step is.

The physical centre

Located at the EDAMA offices in Amman: supervised sessions, several headsets running at the same time, and an on-site operator who helps you and follows the experience. A mobile team also brings the headsets to schools and organisations.

Our goals

Why we built
AiVR

Break the fear of speaking

A safe space where you can talk without embarrassment. Mistakes here are part of the practice, not a reason to stop.

Learn by doing, not by rote

Instead of memorising a rule or a formula, you use the language in a real situation and watch the scientific phenomenon happen in front of you.

Make progress measurable

Every session ends with a clear report, so you know where you are today and what you need tomorrow.

Bring modern learning technology to Jordan and the region

We want the latest immersive learning tools to be available here, not only abroad.

Who is it for?

For the individual learner
and for schools and organisations

Students

School and university students: to turn what they studied into the ability to hold a conversation, or to understand a scientific problem by seeing it from the inside.

Job seekers and professionals

To prepare for interviews and meetings in English with more confidence.

Schools and universities

Sessions at our centre or visits by the mobile team, science content tailored to your curriculum, and complete VR lab setups.

Companies and institutions

VR content designed for your need: training, simulation, showcasing a product or a place, or any experience you want your audience to live.

What we are working on now

Job-interview practice

A full scenario where you rehearse an English job interview with Sara, from introducing yourself to the hard questions.

Immersive virtual tours

Visits to real places inside virtual reality that combine learning with exploration.

More science scenes

Expanding the library of 3D science experiences to cover more curriculum topics in maths, physics, chemistry and biology.
